The apartment is located in the village of Les Houches, which is just next to Chamonix in the heart of the French Alps. Les Houches is blessed with some of the finest views of Mont Blanc in the valley.

• Located on the slopes, the apartment is ski-in/out and is immediately adjacent to the main Bellevue cablecar and the World Cup chairlift, as welll as a variety of local shops (including ski hire), bars and restaurants.
• The apartment is new (completed in 2002), built mainly with traditional wood and is centrally-heated.
• The total surface area of the apartment is 63m2 and fits six comfortably, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• The apartment is fully furnished and kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with fridge-freezer, oven/grill, hob and dishwasher.
  

Ground Floor:

• Large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area (over 22m2 in size) with balcony and double height ceiling, two large sofas (including one double sofabed) and a large wooden dining table (for 6). Double doors open out onto the balcony, with superb south facing views onto the ski slopes of Les Houches, including the famous 'Piste Verte' (the Chamonix World Cup downhill course). Two large storage cupboards with hanging space.
• Main bathroom: Bath & power shower, heated towel rail & sink, washing machine.
• Separate WC & hall area with heated ski boot rack (room for 4 pairs of boots)
• Bedroom 1: Double bed with en-suite shower room, heated towel rail & sink. Wadrobe & bedside table. Baby cot & changing area. Additional travel cot available upon request.

First Floor:

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Open wadrobe & bedside table. Views towards the valley.
• Bedroom 3/mezzanine: Double bed, with views of 'le petit Mont Blanc'. Chest of drawers. Hanging area.

Secure car parking is available underneath the apartment. There is also access to a large, secure ski locker near the entrance on the ground floor.

We are also able to offer additional services during your stay, such as breakfast delivered to your door or an eat-in evening meal service (ideal if you have young children), ask owner for details.
